Space-saving design

When Alert TrolleyGuard™ is not in use, it takes up very little floor space. That also means it won't get in the way of cleaning equipment when the shopping centre is closed. As an added bonus, the high-impact plexiglas panels provide an ideal opportunity for special advertising and extra revenue. Single and double units in both floor- and wall-mounted versions are available.

Using Alert TrolleyGuard™ is as easy as 1 – 2 – 3!

1. Easy to park Just roll the trolley into the stand. The plexiglas safety lid automatically latches onto the front of the trolley.

2. Easy to secure When the trolley is in position, pull back on the large blue handle. This seals the top of the trolley and also uncovers the electronic control panel.

3. Easy to lock and unlock To lock the trolley, just enter any 4-digit PIN code. To unlock, re-enter the code and slide back the lid. Alert TrolleyGuard™ automatically unlocks again after a pre-set period, typically 30 minutes. This encourages customers to circulate throughout the centre and reduces inconvenience if a PIN code is forgotton.

Because Alert TrolleyGuard™ keeps steel trolleys outside the shop, it's now possible to also achieve effective security against tinfoil-lined booster bags, metallic clothing, and other primitive, yet effective shoplifting devices. The revolutionary Alert MetalGuard™ targets these tinfoil thieves as soon as they come in the door.
